The urban structure defines the occupation of the lot in two halves: on the dividing wall, the built volume is solved; on the other three urban fronts, the wooded park blends the open parking lot and the outstanding plant species in the property.
These two spatial units are articulated in a hybrid space, a new stretch of roofed street constituted by a suspended garden, in which material and living substance are merged in a dynamic environmental event. The incorporation of native climbing species on the suspended plant-holder defines the limit of this mutant space, subject to the changing phenology conditions of its constitution and flowering, transforming the space into a hybrid concavity between building and park.
The integration of complementary premises, the entrances and the opening of the mezzanine administrative area towards this street reinforces the exchanging and complementing conditions required to guarantee the use quality and intensity of the public space.
