Launch of Los Olivos de los Horneros

A few weeks ago, the launch of a new residential development took place on Camino de los Horneros in Canelones, Uruguay, marking a significant milestone in the region's real estate offerings. 

"Los Olivos de los Horneros" emerges from a collaboration between La Buonora y Asociados and Estudio Luis Lecueder, distinguished by its comprehensive urbanization plan spanning 79.7 hectares, organized in stages ranging from 6 to 10 hectares each. 

This ambitious project not only provides single-family lots for one or two-story homes but also emphasizes the residents' quality of life. It features a sports and social area, thematic gardens, a clubhouse, and a boutique hotel, among other amenities. 

The initial phase, set to begin in February of next year, will cover the first 10.5 hectares of the development, offering 82 lots ranging from 800 to 1000 m². This promises an exclusive and high-quality environment for its future inhabitants.
