REBS+ 2023 Guadalajara: The Trends Shaping the Real Estate Market
The 2023 edition of REBS, organized by Inmobiliare, gathered investors, real estate developers, environmental consulting firms, and other industry leaders in Guadalajara. Over 300 attendees and 45 speakers met on August 23 and 24 at the Hyatt Regency Andares Hotel to share their strategic vision on the latest changes in the real estate sector.
The event covered various themes around the concepts of sustainability, transformation, nearshoring, resilience, and creativity. Gonzalo Puceiro, the director of the studio, participated alongside Juan Carlos Mendez (Colliers), Brando Angulo (Brada Real Estate Group), and Xavier Iturbide (INVESTUS) in the panel "Commercial and retail development: boosting commerce in Guadalajara."
The exchange provided an updated vision of the emerging trends transforming the retail sector in Guadalajara. "We shared the knowledge accumulated in the studio through participation in various retail projects in Latin America. The new trends in the sector focus on designing the shopping experience for users and the hypermix of programs, key elements for this type of development. Thus, architecture becomes the vehicle that enables these new experiences and the gathering of a community," summarized Puceiro.
This edition of the Real Estate Business Summit achieved its goal of inspiring its attendees, guiding them towards resilience and innovation while exploring new approaches that redefine the future of real estate in Guadalajara.
