An invitation to revisit our participation in ELDI Digital 2021.

We are sharing the recordings of the conference and the GP workshop at the International Real Estate Developers Meeting (ELDI Digital 2021), an annual international event that brings together architects, entrepreneurs, developers, investors, suppliers, and other stakeholders in Real Estate to explore the latest innovations and trends in the Real Estate market. 

The pandemic has transformed society, changing spaces and the way we interact, yet the essence remains. We are social beings by nature, and human interaction is vital for our happiness and health. Today, value lies in offering spaces that promote well-being, enable connection, and adapt to different needs. This was explained by our Pre-project Manager, Arturo De los Santos, in his conference titled "Architecture and Well-being. Trends for Creating Healthy and Connected Communities." His presentation combined the studio's experience with the latest innovations and trends in the real estate market.

What do we understand by urban nature? What does habitat mean, and under what keys should we rethink it? To answer these questions, we invite you to watch the workshop "Territory, Community, and Architecture. Urban Strategies for Designing New Development Platforms" given by architects Gabriel Fernández and Alejandro Baptista, members of the GP Pre-Project team. The presentation focused on trends in urban nature, habitat, and their relationship through examples of different scales developed by the studio.
