Expo Real Estate Central America and the Caribbean

On March 9th and 10th, at the Hyatt Centric in Guatemala City, a new edition of Expo Real Estate took place, the event on Real Estate development and investments featuring exhibitions, workshops, and a congress with over 50 international speakers. 

Aiming to stimulate business and investments within the Real Estate sector through a framework of networking, trends, and exhibitions, Expo Real Estate brought together the main players in the region. The event included presentations on topics such as innovations in sustainable construction practices, new financing systems, proptech, tokenization, and the latest advances in architecture within the metaverse. 

GP had the presence of Ricardo Fernández, Regional Manager, who participated in a panel on innovation in architecture alongside Martín Jasper (founder, Jasper Architects), Rodolfo Miani (partner, BMA Arqs), Juan Fernando Gandra (partner, Shoarq), and moderated by Mali Vazquez (director, CEDU). 

 The panel covered various relevant topics for the sector such as the current context of real estate developments in Guatemala, the relationship between developers and architects as a key element for the success of any project, and innovation in architectural projects as a strategy for value generation.
