GP at the 2025 Real Estate Development & Investment Congress
The Real Estate Development & Investment Congress, the main event of Expo Real Estate Argentina 2025, will take place on August 13 and 14 at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires. More than 10,000 attendees, 100 stands, and 90 speakers—including Gómez Platero—will analyze the present and future of the sector.

Expo Real Estate Argentina 2025 once again positions Buenos Aires as the Latin American epicenter of Real Estate, combining a commercial exhibition, workshops, and the Real Estate Development & Investment Congress. Over two days, August 13 and 14, the Hilton Hotel will host more than 10,000 professionals, investors, developers, architects, and consultants, alongside the most influential companies in the sector.
The event features over 100 stands with 300 investment options, 50 workshops and seminars, and a congress with more than 90 speakers. The official opening of the congress will be led by Damián Tabakman, president of CEDU, on August 13 at 9:00 am, who will address the «Current situation and outlook for the real estate and construction market in Argentina». His presentation will include a review of recent developments and an analysis of the outlook for off-plan project prices, the impact of credit, improvements in cost structures, the import of critical supplies, the new productivity agenda, and the market segments with the greatest growth potential.
GP joins the conversation on the future of Argentine Real Estate
The firm will have an active and strategic presence at the congress, with two of its key representatives participating in different formats and sessions. On August 13 at 12:00 p.m., Martín Gómez, CEO of Gómez Platero Architecture & Urbanism, will present the talk “Strategic Design: Architecture at the Service of Real Estate Development,” where he will share approaches and solutions to optimize processes and maintain competitiveness in a challenging context for the construction industry in Argentina. That same day at 4:45 p.m., Santiago Perez, International Business Development Manager, will lead a workshop titled “Architecture as a Catalyst for Real Estate Development.”
Additionally, on August 14 at 5:10 p.m., Santiago will also participate in the panel “New Generation: Young Developers Setting the Course,” a space for sharing ideas, challenges, and visions from the new protagonists of the real estate sector, who are transforming the industry with creativity and professionalism.
