The mixed-use Link Center project in Asunción, Paraguay, reached a new milestone with its commercial launch at the historic former Quinta Dumot. The event, held on a special evening, brought together prominent leaders from the business, financial, and real estate sectors, who attended the official presentation and learned in detail about the project’s proposals and opportunities.

Supported by Cresia of the Codas Vuyk group and Cadiem, Link Center is being developed through the largest investment fund in the country’s history: USD 105 million dedicated to creating a new landmark for the city and transforming Asunción’s skyline.

Martín Gómez Platero, CEO and founder of the firm, and Santiago Perez, Business Development Manager, attended the event and took part in the commercial launch of Link Center. Martín Gómez Platero contributed to the program with a presentation about the project, in which he expressed his gratitude to the hosts and highlighted the value of his team’s collective work. In his speech, he emphasized the strong relationship built with Paraguay and local clients: «I want to sincerely thank Link Center for trusting us from day one, and Paraguay, because since 2000 we have been working in this beautiful country that always welcomes us and makes us feel at home. Dany Codas has played a fundamental role in this journey, as he was one of the first clients to trust our firm here.»

Located on this historic site on Av. Aviadores del Chaco, Link Center is being developed on one of the last large plots available in the city’s corporate heart, surrounded by the World Trade Center, Hotel Dazzler, and Shopping del Sol. The project includes AAA boutique offices, a residential tower, a hotel, and a commercial promenade, totaling over 100,000 m² and aiming for LEED Gold certification.

The master plan features a boutique office tower, a semi-covered commercial plaza, and a purely residential tower in a hybrid apart-hotel/residential format, oriented towards the rear street of the property. The tall glass tower is connected to a semi-covered atrium that provides access to the commercial base, while the smaller-scale residential tower adapts to the surrounding single-family homes, creating an attractive pedestrian area in the midst of one of Asunción’s busiest avenues. This configuration allows the complex to interact with both the corporate profile of the area and the neighborhood fabric, bringing dynamism and a diversity of uses to the district.

With this successful launch, Link Center is consolidated as an emblematic project and a new benchmark for urban architecture in Paraguay.
