Martín Gómez Platero

Founder & Director, Gómez Platero Architecture & Urbanism - Intl. Assoc. AIA

Gómez Platero Architecture & Urbanism was founded in 2002 by Uruguayan architect Martín Gómez Platero, who has led the firm’s development and international expansion ever since.

He graduated from the School of Architecture at Universidad de la República in Uruguay and completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley.

He is an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects and serves on the Board of Endeavor Uruguay.

Under his leadership, the firm has evolved into an interdisciplinary practice with a presence across multiple markets, integrating architecture, urbanism, management and business insight.
