Inaugurations of Plaza Italia and Car One.

We have inaugurated two large-scale, international-level commercial masterplans: Plaza Italia Shopping and Car One. Plaza Italia is located on Avenida Italia, one of the most important thoroughfares in the Uruguayan capital. This new commercial hub, spanning 43,060 m2, is set to consolidate the urban image of a transforming sector. 

Car One is also situated on a major access route to the city of Montevideo and the coastal departments: the Interbalnearia Route. Its commercial concept, linked to the automotive industry, brings together all mobility solutions in one space. In this initial phase, the Dealership building, with its triangular floor plan, was inaugurated.
