GP Sales Kit: Empowering the Success of Your Project

In order to exceed our clients' expectations and constantly surprise them with complete and comprehensive architectural solutions, we work not only on the design, execution, and management of projects but also involve ourselves in the communication and presentation of each one. Through this comprehensive involvement and with the aim of supporting our clients at all project phases, we developed the GP Sales Kit.

The Sales Kit is a collection of different communication products designed to generate a brand identity and provide visual support to the sales efforts of each project, enhancing its visualization and facilitating the purchase decision of future buyers and users.

Within the GP Sales Kit, our clients can find five main categories:

  • Digital Visualization
  • GP Mix Reality Kit
  • Brand Identity
  • Sales Material
  • On-Site Advertising

Digital Visualization:

This category includes all visual elements that represent the project in a photorealistic manner through modeling, texturing, and lighting of the different spaces within a project.

It aims to offer the client an attractive, quick, and interactive understanding of the work, allowing the use of the generated materials for all the project's sales pieces, both printed and digital.

Mix Reality Kit:

This is an architectural visualization system developed by GP that creates unique and interactive experiences, based on the users' needs.

This creative and interactive system enhances the user experience through technology. It includes high-resolution augmented reality experiences, as well as virtual reality, hyperrealistic 3D modeling, and real-time rendering.

GP Mix Reality Kit offers superior tracking and rendering quality for augmented reality experiences, the ability to perform personalized presentations that mix real projects with fictional situations, and a virtual reality system that incorporates inputs from the real environment.

Brand Identity:

This involves the development of the project's global identity, integrating aspects that support a brand, both in visual terms and in terms of experience and principles.

It is the piece that conceptually and graphically describes the brand and documents the criteria, requirements, and design details for its correct implementation in the different possible applications.

Sales Material:

This category consists of all graphic and audiovisual elements that aim to convey the project's main attributes in an attractive and emotional manner, as well as all the pieces that describe and present the work with all relevant and descriptive elements.

These materials seek to convince the final customer by providing all the information needed about the project.

On-Site Advertising:

This category represents all communication materials that arise in the final stage of a work, to enhance its sale or reinforce its positioning directly at its location.
