GP en ELDI 2023

On June 8th and 9th, the 9th edition of the Latin American Real Estate Developers Meeting (ELDI) was held, an essential event organized by Grupo S&G and 4S Real Estate. This annual conference unites developers, investors, architects, and real estate professionals to explore the industry's key issues, challenges, and opportunities.

The 2023 theme, "The Reference Framework for the Future of Real Estate," sought to deepen the understanding of the World Economic Forum's vision for the upcoming decades, concentrating on four pivotal pillars: Livability, Sustainability, Resilience, and Affordability.

This year, ELDI Panama 2023 drew in over 250 participants and featured two days packed with presentations, workshops, panels, and exceptional networking opportunities. It reaffirmed its status as a premier platform for gaining firsthand knowledge of the latest trends and movements in the global Real Estate market.

Focusing on Resilience, Ricardo Fernández, an architect and regional manager for our studio, presented "Value Architecture: Adaptive Reuse in Latin America." He emphasized adaptive reuse as a crucial strategy for harnessing the inherent value of our cities, thereby unlocking new real estate opportunities.

On the event's concluding day, ELDI celebrated the 2023 Latin American Real Estate Development Awards (LADI), recognizing outstanding achievements in the Real Estate sector across several categories, including design, planning, marketing, and development.

We are thrilled to announce that our project, Montemagna, an innovative 1009ha hybrid nature urban development designed to blend with the cities of Manta, Jaramijó, and Montecristi in Ecuador, received the "Best Masterplan" award in this year's competition.

This recognition not only highlights our team's dedication to excellence and innovation but also the critical role of sustainability and resilience in creating real estate projects that cater to future needs.
