GP at Expo real Estate Bolivia 2023

On May 19th, 20th, and 21st, at the EXPOCRUZ venue in Santa Cruz, the second edition of the Expo Real Estate Bolivia was held. This event brought together key players from the sector to showcase various ideas and trends related to regional Real Estate. 

Amid the challenging economic context the country is currently facing, various panels and presentations focused on providing a long-term perspective, with in-depth reflections, analyses, and conclusions about the current market and the investment opportunities the region offers. 

Silvano Geler, founder and director of Grupo SG, remarked, "Until recently, a businessperson would buy land, trying to maximize the amount of usable space and start construction as soon as possible. Now the paradigm has shifted: there are analyses and variables that determine whether a product will be successful or not, and now developers take their time in the preliminary stages." 

During the real estate development and investment congress, which was part of the Expo's activities and featured more than 25 speakers, Gonzalo Puceiro, Director of the studio, participated in a panel titled "Niche Products: How to Differentiate Yourself in the Real Estate Market?" 

In the panel, Gonzalo had an in-depth discussion with Ignacio Torres Zorrilla (Co-founder and CEO of 4S Real Estate) about the opportunities and benefits presented by new real estate products and the mix of programs to generate profitability and improve the quality of both public and private spaces.
