Operations manager (Ref. GO25)

ROLE

You will be responsible for managing the assigned contract, acting as its main point of reference and ensuring compliance with the agreed cost, schedule, and quality objectives. You will participate in major architectural and commercial infrastructure developments, being responsible for conducting negotiations with construction companies, subcontractors, and suppliers for various awards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• More than 5 years of work experience leading construction management teams and/or as a site manager (experience as a site manager in high-rise buildings will be especially valued).
• Proficiency in computer tools relevant to the role.
• Well-developed leadership, negotiation, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (desirable).
