Design Development Project leader (Ref. JPE25)

Role

Your main challenge will be to ensure that the objectives of the Executive Projects developed within the team are met, being responsible for the entire process and ensuring that the scope of work is completed with quality, within the established budget and timeframe.

Together with the team, you will be fully in charge of all graphic requirements and documents necessary for the construction of the projects, making aesthetic and constructive decisions, as well as managing the coordination between consultants and/or external stakeholders to the firm.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture.
• More than 4 years of professional experience in the area of Executive Projects, coordinating work teams.
• Strong command of Revit and Autocad.
• Well-developed teamwork, proactivity, and autonomy skills.
• Availability to work full-time and on-site at our Montevideo offices.
• Advanced level of English (desirable).
