Architect Concept & Schematic Design | Urban Projects (Ref. APU25)

Role

You will have the opportunity to be part of a team specialized in designing projects and creating architectural experiences, actively participating in all phases of the design and management process for Architectural Preliminary Projects and Urban Masterplans.

We are looking for responsible, creative, and efficient professionals with outstanding skills in graphic production and proposal development. We value the ability to innovate, organize, communicate, work in teams, and solve problems effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop the design and production of urban and/or technical aspects of urban projects.
• Possess knowledge of architectural design and communication, technical details, and building regulations.
• Produce architectural graphics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• More than 2 years of professional experience in architectural projects, with experience in preliminary designs being highly valued.
• Advanced level of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Intermediate level of English (desirable).
• Strong conceptual talent, graphic, and design skills.
• Knowledge and use of Indesign and Sketchup will be valued.
• Developed leadership, interpersonal, conflict management, and analytical skills.
• Availability to work full time.
