Design Synthesis and Concept Development

Concept and Schematic Design is a crucial phase in the architectural process. During this initial stage, the design guidelines—as well as the spatial, functional, and material organization of the project—are defined in alignment with our clients’ needs.

The components of the Concept and Schematic Design phase include:

Analysis of the physical, cultural, environmental, and regulatory context to ensure the project’s feasibility.
Development of a design proposal that defines spatial organization, volumetric articulation, and formal expression in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Graphic and narrative presentation that clearly communicates the overall design concept.
