The project aims at shaping, supporting and increasing the coastal space. Constructions and services define a wide low-density concavity that enhances the event par excellence: the beach and its oceanic horizon. The general structure is ordered from the primary arc and the foundational central crown, with complementary clusters. The organization is adapted to the topography of the site by identifying the valley delimited by high areas and natural promontories.

The landscape design proposes a layout that seeks to enrich itself from the surroundings, constructing new landscapes and positioning the elements of the plan to generate and frame visual openings and panoramic views. These pieces of different scales will respond to premises of low construction density, so that the natural landscape is the predominant aspect to privilege the experience of unique enjoyment.
The project defines phases for its development, designed in such a way that their execution respects the urban unity of the plan and ensures its harmonious integration in the successive phases of growth, foreseeing the road connectivity, the continuity of the infrastructures, and the strategic location of facilities and spaces for leisure and recreation.
