The District 2026: Madrid at the Center of Real Estate Capital

From September 22 to 24, IFEMA Madrid will host a new edition of The District, one of Europe’s leading events focused on Real Estate capital and investment. Over three days, international industry leaders will come together to explore opportunities, trends, and emerging scenarios shaping the sector.

The District 2026 will bring together more than 15,000 international professionals and 360 firms in an event designed to connect capital, projects, and investment opportunities. The program will combine networking and business meetings with an extensive content agenda addressing the transformations currently reshaping the Real Estate market.

Alongside the main event, The District World Summit 2026 will bring together more than 450 international experts across five simultaneous auditoriums. Structured around vertical forums for different asset classes and professional agendas, the program will provide multiple perspectives and areas of expertise across the industry.

The agenda will focus on the factors redefining investment decisions and the development of new projects. Sessions will address the evolution of different asset classes, capital and financing strategies, and the impact of technology on the Real Estate business.

Key topics at this year’s edition will include:

  • New Real Estate investment opportunities and strategies.
  • The evolution of different asset classes.
  • New financing models and access to capital.
  • Innovation and technological transformation across the sector.
  • PropTech and new opportunities for Venture Capital and Business Angels.
  • Partnerships and new collaboration models across the Real Estate value chain.

Technology will also play a prominent role throughout the event. The PropTech ecosystem will provide a platform to explore how innovation can drive new levels of competitiveness while creating opportunities to connect emerging solutions with capital and investors.

Within this context, Aitor Arteta, Commercial Representative at GP Spain, will attend The District 2026, taking part in three days of exchange and networking with different players from the Spanish and international Real Estate markets.

The event will once again bring a significant part of Europe’s Real Estate ecosystem together in Madrid, at a time when the industry is exploring new investment opportunities, partnerships, and models capable of responding to a transforming market.
