The Real Estate Development and Investment Congress will bring together more than 50 internationally renowned speakers in a specially equipped technical auditorium with capacity for over 500 attendees. This forum will address the most relevant topics in the real estate sector at local, regional, and international levels, featuring panels on innovation, current trends, and best practices.
Additionally, the program will include 30 workshops led by leading companies in the market, offering commercial presentations and specialized seminars on emerging trends, business strategies, and innovative solutions for the real estate industry.

According to projections, Paraguay's real estate market will reach a total value of USD 194.42 billion in 2025, driven primarily by the residential segment, which will account for USD 155.8 billion. Currently, the real estate sector represents approximately 12% of the national GDP, with the apartment rental market standing out in particular, projecting a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.34% to reach USD 960 million by 2029.
