The Future House International Residential Award® is organized annually by Global Design News and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design. This program celebrates the world’s most innovative and forward-thinking residential projects, selected by an international jury of leading industry professionals. In the 2025 edition, more than 70 proposals were evaluated, with the “Best of the Best” in residential design being chosen.
This recognition highlights the quality and creativity of these architectural proposals, helping to raise the profile of Latin American architecture on the international stage.
Le Mont stands out as a premier high-end residential development in the dynamic Puerto del Buceo area of Montevideo, Uruguay. This mixed-use project, developed in collaboration with Studio Arthur Casas, creates a new urban ecosystem where nature and city life blend seamlessly. Covering 31,619 m², Le Mont features contemporary design and spatial planning that meets the demands of an evolving luxury market.

Meanwhile, the Miami Bay Towers preliminary design is set on a strategic stretch of Miami’s coastline, on the site formerly occupied by the Miami Herald, between Downtown and the Brickell district, with 240 meters of frontage on Biscayne Bay. Spanning 326,094 m², the proposal envisions a high-impact addition to the city’s skyline, integrating architecture and nature within a vibrant urban environment.
The award ceremony and exhibition for the winning projects of the prestigious Future House International Residential Award® 2025 will take place at the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies in Athens, Greece. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the award-winning projects in detail, which will also be featured in the catalog “Future House: Modern Living and Dynamic Functionality.” The exhibition will remain open until November 26, 2025, allowing professionals and design enthusiasts to discover the most relevant architectural solutions.
