GP Awarded for Mixed-Use Developments

We are delighted to announce that Atlántico Punta del Este has been awarded as the "Best Mixed-Use Development in Uruguay" and the "Best Mixed-Use Development in the Americas" at the International Property Awards 2020. These recognitions celebrate the highest achievements of companies linked to the real estate industry in various regions of the world. The excellence of the complex, which combines residential areas, office and coworking spaces, a hotel, and shopping facilities, was assessed in London based on architectural criteria, location, innovation, sustainability, security, services, among others. 

Being recognized again for one of our mixed-use projects, as happened with Catehua, which is under construction in Monterrey and won the award for the best mixed-use project in Latin America at ELDI Panama, indicates that we are on the right path and fills us with pride. Just like Atlántico, Catehua also integrates hotel, residential, commercial, and corporate programs. We are motivated to design works like these, which improve cities and create high-quality public spaces.
