GP at REBS+ Monterrey 2023

On Thursday, June 29th, the REBS+ Business Summit Monterrey celebrated its tenth edition, cementing its status as one of Mexico's premier events for business and real estate investment.  

Featuring over 50 speakers and attracting 600 attendees, REBS+ Monterrey provided an ideal platform for showcasing and discovering new products and services in the regional real estate sector. The event offered numerous networking opportunities and forums for discussing the latest trends and developments in real estate projects. 

Topics such as clean energy, sustainable solutions, ESG criteria, carbon credits, nearshoring, and more were explored in various presentations and panels throughout the event. 

Our studio was represented by Arianna Guerrero, from the Business Development area for Mexico, and Gonzalo Puceiro, an Architect and Manager at our studio. 

On the afternoon of Thursday, Gonzalo took part in a panel titled "From A to Z in the Real Estate Business Chain." He was joined by Juan Carlos Castro (Co-founder of BRIQ), Jesús de Hoyos Freymann (CEO & Managing Partner at GRUPO IKON), Sergio de la Torre (Founder of KUYABEH), and Francisco Macedo (CEO & Co-founder of KOLONUS). 

This panel delved into the myriad changes and evolutions within the housing market, covering the entire development process from financing and architectural design to post-completion operations.
