Gómez Platero Certified as a Great Place to Work ®

After completing the Trust Index™ satisfaction survey, which was anonymous and voluntary and saw participation from 100% of the Studio's direct collaborators, GP was highlighted as an excellent place to work by Great Place to Work®, a globally recognized firm specializing in organizational climate and culture. 

The certification offered is defined as a recognition program for the quality of organizational culture. It represents the first step in understanding how to build an excellent workplace. 

This certification program is based on 30 years of research by GPTW, which allows for the quantification of organizational culture and its comparison with the best places to work, both locally and internationally. 

Thanks to the Trust Index™ survey, designed to measure the work experience of collaborators through the level of trust present in the organization, all team members were able to provide a reliable and accurate assessment of their own work experience. 

Based on this survey, 87% of our collaborators affirmed that Gómez Platero is an excellent place to work.
