4S: Innovation in Real Estate
4S Real Estate, one of the most important real estate consulting firms in Latin America, is coming to Montevideo on March 23rd with a specialized course on innovation in Real Estate developments.
Targeted at developers, architects, and Real Estate marketing specialists, the course will be led by Adrián Hidalgo, Chief Commercial Officer of 4S, who will introduce the latest international trends focused on product innovation, digital marketing strategies, and real estate commercialization.
The course will cover three thematic areas:
- Product: Vertical and horizontal development, amenities, and services targeted at specific audiences.
- Marketing: Creating purchasing experiences and digital trends.
- Sales: Best sales practices to increase absorption and digital sales strategies.
The event will also feature Martín Gómez Platero, director and founder of the Studio, as a guest speaker.
