10th Latin American Real Estate Congress: Innovation and Trends in Punta Cana

The 10th Latin American Real Estate Congress and the 6th AEI International Congress will take place from August 24 to 27, 2025, at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Organized by the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA) and the Association of Real Estate Companies (AEI), this event will gather 600 participants, including agents, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, government representatives, and speakers from 18 countries, establishing itself as the main forum for industry updates and networking in the region.
Over four days, the congress will offer a program of 28 conferences led by 23 international experts, addressing the major challenges and opportunities facing the Latin American and Caribbean real estate market.
