Project Manager

Role

You will coordinate Architecture & Urbanism projects from conception through completion, ensuring that established objectives, deadlines, and quality standards are met. Your role will be key to guaranteeing the efficiency and success of the projects you participate in.

Your main challenge will be acting as the point of contact between the client and the different teams involved in the projects, with whom you will work in close collaboration.

Requirements

• Architecture graduate
• Strong communication skills, results orientation, proactivity, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities
• More than 2 years of experience managing and supporting architecture and construction projects
• Proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and report design
• Intermediate/advanced level of English
• Basic knowledge of project time and resource management systems
• Availability to work full-time at our Carrasco offices
• Training in Project Management, Process Management, negotiation, coaching, or related fields will be valued
