Project leader | Design Development (Ref. JP26)

Role

Your main challenge will be to ensure the comprehensive technical documentation of assigned projects, coordinating the design with the various engineering disciplines, installations, and external stakeholders, defining the construction details, systems, and compatibilities needed to secure a solid documentation base for the pricing and execution of works.

You will make aesthetic and constructive decisions, critically evaluate consultants' proposals, and control the costs and quality of the documentation generated both internally and by third parties, in line with the firm's standards.

Requirements

• Graduate professional in Architecture.
• More than 2 years of work experience in executive project coordination roles.
• Solid command of AutoCAD, with Revit proficiency valued.
• Experience managing technical documentation and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Well-developed leadership, teamwork, coordination, organization, proactivity, and autonomy skills.
• Availability to work full time, on-site at our Montevideo offices.
• Advanced level of English (desirable).
