Project Leader | Concept & Schematic Design (Ref. JP26)

Role

We are looking for professionals with strong creative capacity and architectural judgment, capable of innovating, organizing, communicating, working in teams, and solving situations effectively.

The main objective of the role will be to design and develop the requested preliminary projects together with the team, in accordance with the defined requirements and inputs, seeking a consistent development of the discipline and the satisfaction of our clients’ expectations.

They will be responsible for supervising presentations, as well as coordinating and planning with the team the different phases of the process, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and in due form.

They must verify the development of the work according to the established deadlines, guaranteeing an excellent client experience throughout the process and promoting the production of high-quality proposals, with a comprehensive understanding of the assignment in its programmatic, functional, and economic dimensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the development of preliminary projects
• Advanced level of AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong conceptual talent and graphic and design skills
• Availability to work full-time in our Carrasco offices
• Advanced level of English
• Valued knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, SketchUp, Lumion (or other visualization tools)
