.Net Developer (Ref. DN26)

Role

Your main challenge will be to ensure that existing systems remain operational, scale, and continuously improve in quality, with a clear focus on code and real product impact. We are looking for a professional who enjoys active programming and hands-on code development, oriented toward the maintenance, optimization, and evolution of the company's existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Dedicate the majority of your time to programming, directly participating in the building and improvement of web applications.
Work across the lifecycle of existing solutions: corrective and evolutionary maintenance, and technical debt optimization.
Actively participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with the team's development standards.
Collaborate in implementing robust and scalable architectures under the guidance of the leadership team.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in development with C# / .NET.
Strong command of SQL for query optimization and management of existing data structures.
Good understanding and practical application of design patterns oriented toward maintainability.
Experience or willingness to provide technical mentorship to more junior developers on the team.
Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Apps, Power BI) and agile methodologies will be valued.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and autonomy.
Availability to work full-time in a hybrid format.
