Costs & Tenders Architect (temporary position) (Ref. CL25)

Role

You will collaborate with the team on tasks related to preparing spreadsheets, requesting price quotes, and everything necessary for cost estimation and issuing tender calls.

You will need to study graphical data, perform measurements and areas, complete spreadsheets with the calculated areas, ratios, and measurements, as well as prepare tenders, making calls and requesting prices, conducting a study and analysis of the offers, and preparing the corresponding report.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Work experience in the Costing and/or Budgeting area
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Availability and schedule flexibility during the 6-month contract
• Strong teamwork skills, proactivity, and autonomy
• Intermediate level of English
