Construction Management Architect | Mercedes (Ref. DOM26)

Role

You will be part of the Construction Management team, ensuring the execution of the project on site and guaranteeing compliance with quality, schedule, and budget requirements for one of the Studio’s projects located in Mercedes.

You will manage both the technical and interpersonal relationships with the different stakeholders, keeping all interested parties informed about the progress of the project, preparing the monthly reports delivered to the client, and auditing the generation of change orders.

Requirements

• Graduated architect
• More than 4 years of experience in similar roles on medium- and/or large-scale projects
• Reside in Mercedes and have schedule availability
• Own vehicle (highly valued)
• Strong teamwork, planning and organizational skills, communication abilities, and a sense of urgency
