Business Development Executive México

As part of our growth and expansion process, we are looking to add a new talent to the Business Development team at Gómez Platero Architecture & Urbanism in Monterrey, Mexico.

Role

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as strengthening and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and an outstanding experience with the firm.

Your role will involve building strategic connections with potential clients, understanding their needs, and developing value propositions aligned with their objectives. You will also manage the commercial process end-to-end, including contract negotiation and closing, sales and collections follow-up, and meeting commercial targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate professional from fields such as Architecture, Marketing, Business, Sales, Business Administration, and/or Real Estate Development.
  • More than 3 years of professional experience in real estate business development and B2B solutions sales.
  • Training in consultative selling (Solution Selling) and solid knowledge of the real estate sector and its stakeholders (MBA studies are considered a plus).
  • Fluent English (required).
  • Based in Monterrey, with availability to travel and flexible working hours.
  • Strong commercial profile, goal-oriented mindset, well-developed communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and strong teamwork skills.
