Architect Concept & Schematic Design | Urban Projects (Ref. APU26)

Role

You will have the opportunity to be part of a team specialized in designing projects and creating urban experiences, actively participating in all phases of the design and management process of Urban Preliminary Design Projects (Anteproyectos).

We are looking for responsible, creative, and efficient professionals with strong skills in graphic production and proposal development. We value the ability to innovate, organize, communicate, work as part of a team, and solve problems effectively.

Main responsibilities

• Develop the design and production of the urban planning and/or technical aspects of urban projects.
• Possess knowledge of architectural design and communication, technical details, and building regulations.
• Produce architectural graphics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• More than 2 years of professional experience in Architecture projects, with experience in Preliminary Design Projects (Anteproyectos) highly valued.
• Advanced level of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Intermediate/advanced level of English.
• Strong conceptual talent, along with graphic and design skills.
• Well-developed leadership skills, interpersonal relations, ability to handle difficult situations, and analytical capacity.
• Availability to work full time.
