The project creates a central plaza-type space, redefining the bank’s rapport with the public, acknowledging the customer as its protagonist and creating an atmosphere of an accessible service. The programmatic areas in connection with this space are organized as a system of standardized and adaptable elements.

The conference rooms and offices are proposed as open volumes, whose crystal-glass surfaces are nuanced by graphic designs that give privacy and institutional identity. The query stations replace the traditionally closed conference areas.

The graphic proposal creates a global coherence between brand and architecture; it normalizes visual manifestations by establishing rules that allow the correct and uniform use of all identity and operational elements.

These guidelines produce a deployment in various formats and give customers a consistent experience of the bank, leading to the development of different expressive and contemporary environments in order to maintain a strong and competitive presence.
