The aim is to enhance and exploit the beauty of the landscape and the proximity to the river. Thus, the building types merge into the site and are conceived as an environmental unit, where artefact and nature converge.
The sections of the program are located in large blocks of singular shapes that, together with the design of the green spaces, endow the complex with dynamism and spatial variety. The existing environment enriches the layout; the volumes are placed so as to frame and channel visual openings and panoramic views.
The treatment of outdoor spaces with a variety of pavements, autochthonous vegetation and high-quality urban equipment pursues a unique natural atmosphere. These leisure spaces associated to the complex underline and give character to the project.
