The architectural proposal comprehensively addresses the functional requirements and institutional identity of the foundation, integrating spatial design, materiality, furnishings, construction details, and graphic design into a cohesive whole. 

Starting from a clear and straightforward floor plan, the design introduces a central hall conceived as a garden office—an open, participatory space that fosters interaction and collaboration. Singular focal points enrich the spatial experience around this central nave: a library-hall featuring a striking green wall, and a transparent meeting box. Private offices are strategically arranged along the sides, providing privacy while maintaining visual connectivity with the central core. Technical installations remain exposed, thoughtfully integrated into the architectural language, subtly incorporating the colors of the Ecuadorian flag—yellow, blue, and red—as chromatic accents that reinforce national identity. 

Visual communication and signage proposal 

The graphic implementation and signage within the offices aim to authentically reflect the foundation’s identity and values throughout each space. From the reception area to workspaces and meeting rooms, every visual element has been carefully integrated to communicate the foundation’s mission, creating an inspiring and welcoming environment aligned with its objectives. 

Through a deliberate selection of colors, forms, and materials, the space becomes a tangible extension of the institution’s purpose, generating a harmonious atmosphere consistent with its vision. This approach transforms each area into a physical representation of the foundation, strengthening its institutional image and leaving a lasting impression on those who interact with the environment.
