REB+ Summit Guadalajara 2025: Innovation and Real Estate Trends

A new edition of REB+ Summit Guadalajara will take place on September 3 and 4, 2025, at Hilton Guadalajara Midtown, bringing together over 350 attendees, 35 speakers, and 25 sponsors. The Studio will participate with a talk on smart cities at an event addressing the main challenges and trends in Mexico’s real estate market.

REB+ Summit Guadalajara 2025, organized by Inmobiliare, will be held on September 3 and 4 at Hilton Guadalajara Midtown. The event will gather more than 350 industry professionals, 35 speakers, and 25 sponsors, establishing itself as a key space for analysis and projection of the real estate market in Mexico. 


The Studio will participate through Carlos Sánchez, Head of Business Development for Mexico, who will present the talk «From Smart City to Smarter City: Beyond the Intelligent City». The presentation will address the evolution of urban environments and the impact of technology on real estate management and development. 


The agenda includes conferences, panels, and pitches on industrial growth and nearshoring, planned communities, urban reconfiguration, applied artificial intelligence, vertical residential market, risk architecture, marketing of residential and luxury products, processes and technology, innovation and sustainability, project structuring, smart cities, technological trends, and next-generation tourism. The event will conclude with a networking cocktail, fostering collaboration among developers, investors, and real estate professionals. 


The event seeks to strengthen sector resilience and open new paths for innovation and real estate development in the region. 


Guadalajara real estate market: key trends and data 

According to Global Property Guide (October 2024), Guadalajara’s real estate market shows an average gross rental yield of 5.75% for apartments, with rental prices varying significantly by area. The rental market in Mexico is expected to remain attractive in 2025, driven by the emergence of institutional housing and macroeconomic factors. Guadalajara is experiencing rapid growth and diversification, with a trend toward verticalization and smart densification, and new opportunities linked to international events such as the 2026 World Cup.
