Design, efficiency, and differentiation
Gómez Platero will participate in Expo Real Estate Paraguay 2026 with two agenda sessions led by the Business Development team, focused on the role of design as a strategic tool to enhance the value of real estate developments.
On Tuesday, June 23 at 4:00 p.m., Architect Stephanie Mieldazis, Commercial Executive in the Business Development department, will lead the workshop “Designing value: between efficiency and differentiation.”
The session will explore how design decisions can influence project efficiency, from the optimization of resources and areas to functional clarity, programmatic flexibility, and the ability to respond to market demands. At the same time, it will focus on differentiation as a key variable to build identity, positioning, and commercial appeal in increasingly competitive contexts.
When experience adds value to development
Also on Tuesday, June 23, around 11:50 a.m., Architect Santiago Pérez, Business Development Manager, will give the talk “Unique Experience: when experience adds value to development.”
The presentation will explore how architecture is becoming a strategic tool capable of anticipating expectations, designing memorable experiences, and creating distinctive value for projects.
From this perspective, the talk proposes expanding the notion of User Experience into Unique Experience, understanding that experience in architecture is built through routes, atmospheres, connections with the environment, modes of permanence, and relationships between people.
Through cases linked to hospitality, corporate projects, commercial uses, mixed-use developments, and wellness-oriented proposals, Santiago Pérez will analyze how design can transform real estate assets into destinations, activate new forms of use, strengthen urban connections, and align architecture with the business model.
The talk will focus on experience as a concrete tool to increase permanence, differentiation, attraction, and value, both for the end user and for the real estate development.

An agenda to discuss the future of Real Estate
In addition to Gómez Platero’s participation, Expo Real Estate Paraguay 2026 will include conferences, workshops, and exchange spaces around investment, innovation, technology, sustainability, and new opportunities for real estate development in Paraguay.
The agenda will bring together different perspectives on the present and future of the sector, at a time when Asunción is undergoing an urban transformation marked by new projects and a growing demand for proposals capable of integrating architectural quality, efficiency, identity, and long-term value.
For Gómez Platero, participating in this type of event is part of a broader conversation about the role of architecture in the evolution of regional Real Estate. In dynamic and increasingly competitive markets, designing value means understanding the business model, anticipating user expectations, and creating projects capable of generating urban, commercial, and experiential impact.
