Learn more about the Link Center project
The Link Center mixed-use concept and schematic design includes a boutique office tower, a semi-covered commercial plaza, and a purely residential tower in a hybrid apart-hotel/residential format, oriented towards the rear street of the site. The tall glass tower is connected to a semi-covered atrium that provides access to the commercial base, while the lower residential tower adapts to the surrounding single-family homes, creating an attractive pedestrian environment in the midst of one of Asunción’s busiest avenues. This configuration allows the complex to interact with both the corporate profile of the area and the neighborhood fabric, bringing dynamism and a diversity of uses to the district.
Following this press presentation, the next milestone will be the commercial launch, consolidating Link Aviadores as an iconic project and a new benchmark for urban architecture in Paraguay.
