GP at the UCASAL and CADISAL Real Estate Development Conference
From November 9 to 11, 2026, Gómez Platero will take part in the UCASAL and CADISAL Real Estate Development Conference in Salta, Argentina. Architect Santiago Pérez will explore how experience can add value to real estate development, connecting design decisions with each project’s identity and business model.
The conference comes as approved construction floor area grows across the province. According to Grupo Construya, drawing on INDEC data, surveyed municipalities in Salta province recorded 107,400 m² approved for construction between January and May 2026, a 36.2% increase over the same period in 2025.
Urban planning is also on the local agenda. In September 2026, the provincial government and CADISAL agreed to establish a joint working group to address infrastructure, services and the conditions needed to advance new projects across the metropolitan area.
