GP at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2022

The Luxury Lifestyle Awards is a global accolade based in New York that recognizes, rewards, and champions the finest in luxury goods and services worldwide. 

In its 2022 edition, Gómez Platero Arquitectura & Urbanismo clinched the award in the "Best Luxury Apartment Architecture" category with the More Buceo residential project, designed for the Altius Group. 

Located at one of the most vibrant corners of Montevideo, Uruguay, the More Buceo project is distinguished by its architectural design quality, offering a broad range of premium amenities such as heated swimming pools, a gym, outdoor playgrounds for children, a pet garden, a microcinema, and more. Additionally, the building is noteworthy for its sustainable operational practices, aiming to become the first residential tower in Montevideo to receive LEED certification upon its completion. 

This 22,300 m² building, rising 27 stories high and offering expansive panoramic views of the city and the promenade along the Río de la Plata, provides a living experience conceived for enjoyment, quality, and comfort for both its residents and visitors.  

At the previous 2021 edition of the awards, GP was honored by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards as the "Best Luxury Architect Studio, Ecuador," in recognition of various projects completed in the country from 2002 to the present, including the Guayaquil Country Club, Banco Guayaquil, and the Pacifica Buildings.
