GP at Expo Real Estate Argentina 2025: Trends and Networking in the Sector
Expo Real Estate Argentina 2025 took place on August 13 and 14 at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires, bringing together more than 10,000 attendees, 100 stands, and 90 speakers. Gómez Platero participated actively, sharing its vision on the present and future of the real estate sector.

Expo Real Estate Argentina 2025 once again positioned Buenos Aires as the Latin American epicenter of real estate, combining a commercial exhibition, workshops, and the Real Estate Development and Investment Congress. Over two days, the Hilton Hotel became the meeting point for more than 10,000 professionals, investors, developers, architects, and consultants, alongside the most influential companies in the sector.
The event, organized by Grupo SyG, featured more than 100 stands with 300 investment options, 50 workshops and seminars, and a congress with over 90 speakers. The official opening was led by Damián Tabakman, president of CEDU, who analyzed the current situation and outlook for the real estate and construction market in Argentina, addressing topics such as sales prices, the impact of credit, cost structure, importation of critical supplies, and productivity.
Gómez Platero had an active and strategic presence at the congress. On August 13 at 12:00 pm, Martín Gómez, CEO of Gómez Platero Arquitectura & Urbanismo, gave the talk “Strategic Design: Architecture at the Service of Real Estate Development,” where he shared approaches and solutions to optimize processes and maintain competitiveness in a challenging context for construction in Argentina.
That same day at 4:45 pm, Santiago Perez, International Business Development Manager, led the workshop “Architecture as a Catalyst for Real Estate Development,” reflecting on the role of architecture in urban transformation and the generation of opportunities for the city and businesses.
On August 14 at 5:10 pm, Santiago also participated in the panel “New Generation: Young Developers Setting the Course,” alongside Beltrán Briones (Brickland), Nicolás Kiperszmid (G&D Developers), Yoel Milsztejn (NorthBaires), Federico Daffra (Grupo Dinal), and Martín Yabas Pujadas (Grupo Portland). In this space, ideas, challenges, and visions were shared by the new protagonists of real estate, who are transforming the sector with creativity and professionalism.
