The development of low-cost, high-rise housing units is extremely challenging. Housing is the raw material of the urban, and, therefore, the subject of developers’ day-to-day work. Due to the familiar nature of the program, innovation becomes truly disruptive. This research introduces our value proposal for this segment.

Recently we have seen an increase in building defects mainly involving excessive deformation from bending in reinforced concrete structures. We address here this issue that concerns designers, builders and real estate developers.
